Recipe ingredients:
– 2 frozen bananas
– 1-2 cups of frozen or fresh berries
– 1 cup of pineapple (including the core)
– 1/4 cup hemp seeds
– 1-2 small bulbs of raw beetroot
– Tablespoon of flax
– Large bowl of greens (I used spinach)
– 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– Crack of black pepper (to activate the curmumin in the turmeric)
– Coconut water (or just water to blend)
