After a day of feasting and celebrating, I got my day started with 45 minutes of strength and conditioning workout. Kettle bells, Club bells, and some core training along with cardio. MEN OF SERVITE

Saturday my friend Anthony took the next step in life by marrying his childhood partner. Both the groom, and bride were amazing and it was a great day. The Men of Servite came to support their schoolmate, and usher him to his next level. I provided strength and conditioning training and mentoring to many of the guys in the picture. It is comforting to see all of them grow up to be successful.

TONIGHT’S DINNER

After a long day that started at 4:00 am, I came home to a nutritious delicious Plant Based Whole Food meal. The plate included Peas, Wild Rice with Red Onions and Shitake Mushrooms, Avocado, Lite Life Sausage, and a bowl of Butternut Squash soup with Pepitas.
