TONIGHT’S DINNER

After a long day that started at 4:00 am, I came home to a nutritious delicious Plant Based Whole Food meal. The plate included Peas, Wild Rice with Red Onions and Shitake Mushrooms, Avocado, Lite Life Sausage, and a bowl of Butternut Squash soup with Pepitas. All but the Avocado and Sausage were pressure cooked to eliminate lectins. Also, I received a call from my friend John. He is celebrating 30 days of a plant based journey.
