After a day of feasting and celebrating, I got my day started with 45 minutes of strength and conditioning workout. Kettle bells, Club bells, and some core training along with cardio. Then I spent some time with some clients I trained starting at age 10, and now are young adults. We hung out, and discussed the benefits of physical conditioning. We ended the meet up with spontaneous Yoga poses. It is important to jump right back in after a day of feasting. I always eat Plant Based Whole Food meals, to avoid having to supplement.
