MMA HYDRATION AND RECOVERY

Today I trained an MMA Fighter for his upcoming competition in the 170 lbs weight class. He did strength and conditioning for a 3 round fight. We discussed a meal plan geared for performance and recovery. I encouraged him to eat food versus supplementing. We talked about the importance of restoring glycogens for recovery. My goal for all of my clients is to mentor and encourage them and help them reach their full potential.
