BLACK BELT PROMOTIONS
Today at Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW), Master Riggin Machado made an appearance at Erik Paulson’s school’s belt promotion. I received my Second Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The belt ceremony was followed by a Holiday Pot Luck. A good time was had by all.
