Since The Game Changers Movie was released, there has been a steady stream of people calling me who want to get healthy. My mission is to provide enough information so that they can create small goals and continue building on them. Educating people to slowly adjust from familiar flavors, to new Whole Food Plant Based meals so they can be successful is my goal. But they have to be serious. 🙂

Today I received from a friend a link to a Chinese Newspaper that has run several articles on the “Vegan” diet. Plant Based lifestyles are taking the world by storm. It is interesting to the note that the start of my journey began by reading “The China Study” by T. Colin Campbell. POLYPHENOLS

Polyphenols are antioxidants that kill free radicals in the blood. Free Radicals are unpaired electrons in the blood that seek out other electrons to pair with, and cause cellular damage. Polyphenols are said to prevent cancer and strengthen the immune system. They can be found in abundance in “Super Foods” like colorful fruits and vegetables. They are also found in cereals, dry legumes, chocolate, red wine, and spices. So eat your fruit and vegetables.

Today I spoke with the world renowned Dr. Barry Sears and discussed my selection to become a Zone Labs Ambassador. Dr. Sears is the one who researched and founded the macro-nutrient balanced Zone diet. Many other diets copied his philosophy of balancing Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fats with foods that help reduce inflammation, and reduce hyperglycemia after meals.
