Congratulations to my old team the Kansas City Chiefs for a great comeback and win at the Miami Superbowl LIV. The halftime entertainment was not too shabby either. I am just learning the impact that The Game Changers Movie has made to my own personal social network. I have been mentoring to them, and helping them to formulate meal plans. Healthy Plant Based eating is proving to be a game changers for many!
Today I received from a friend a link to a Chinese Newspaper that has run several articles on the “Vegan” diet. Plant Based lifestyles are taking the world by storm. It is interesting to the note that the start of my journey began by reading “The China Study” by T. Colin Campbell.
